I have always been extremely passionate about fitness, health and nutrition and before becoming a PT would often write fitness and food programmes for friends and colleagues.
After the birth of my second child I decided it was time to turn a passion into a career and retrained as a Personal Trainer, completing further learnings in nutrition for sports, exercise and weight management.
I have a wealth of knowledge both from my own fitness journey and from working with a range of clients. My areas of expertise include injury rehab, fat loss, hypertrophy, strength & conditioning , HiiT, running and mobility.

I started training with Kara a year ago, after dipping in & out of fad diets I needed a regular commitment. We met to discuss my goals & was instantly at ease.
