For over 5 years I've helped transform busy women's lives. Whether you are juggling being a working mum, working full time and travelling a lot for work,  a full time mum, have a busy social life eating out lots, have lack of time to meal prep or just unsure what to eat for your goals - I can help and I've been there!


My methods work because I practise what I preach and have done for over 10 years.


I installed simple daily habits into my life that make it easy for me to eat healthily when I'm running around after the kids, that mean I don't put on 7lbs on holiday, that mean I manage to exercise 5 times a week without the guilt that I should be doing something else, that keeps meal prep to a minimum when my time is so precious.


As a business owner and a mum of 2 primary school aged kids, plus chair of the PTA and a wonderful but insanely busy social life, I know exactly how hard it can be to prioritise yourself. Which is why I can show you exactly what I do and what my clients do to manage a busy life and still get in shape.


My mission is to help busy women over 30 get in shape.
