For over 5 years I've helped transform busy women's lives. I installed simple daily habits into my life that make it easy for me to eat healthily when I'm running around after the kids, that mean I don't put on 7lbs on holiday, that mean I manage to exercise 5 times a week without the guilt that I should be doing something else, that keeps meal prep to a minimum when my time is so precious.
As a business owner and a mum of 2 primary school aged kids, plus chair of the PTA and a wonderful but insanely busy social life, I know exactly how hard it can be to prioritise yourself.
